Most Asked Question - Do Carpet Cleaners Remove All Stains?
The honest answer is no. We are cleaning your carpets — not replacing them. Some stains cannot be fully removed because they have already damaged or permanently altered the carpet fibers. When a stain has chemically reacted with the fiber or has been sitting for a long time, the result can be irreversible. In these cases, no professional cleaning company can guarantee complete removal. At Nest Carpet Cleaning And Floor Care Ltd., we believe in being truthful and transparent with our customers. If we cannot remove a specific stain, the only real solution may be a carpet replacement, and we will always advise you honestly before you make that decision.
It’s also important to understand that heavily worn or high-traffic areas can lose their texture and fiber structure over time. Cleaning will make them clean, but it cannot make them look brand new again. Some customers assume cleaning will make the carpet look like it was just installed — but our job is to clean, not create new carpet.
For these reasons, we do not offer any guarantee that all stains will be removed. We always do our best with professional tools, chemicals, and techniques — but some stains simply will not come out due to permanent fiber damage.
